Welcome:  President Jacki opened today’s meeting. 
Lunch:  Coffee, Caesar salad, mixed vegetables, shrimp, chicken, beef and chocolate cake for desert
Invocation :  Tim started us off in prayer 
Rotary Moment:  Brian Ahern had a memory of a Rotary Golf Tournament. 
Visiting Rotarians:  Tim Clarke and John Teheen from the Salem Club
Announcements:
  • Rotoplast –Rotary International is still looking for volunteers to help with the Rotoplast mission.
  • Evening Meeting – Matt Schroeder reminded us that we will have a evening Rotary meeting on September 12 at the Berry Tavern at 6:30PM.  President Jacki received a  District Mini Grant that may be used to help pay for guests.  If you have guests, please let Matt or Jacki know.
  • Farmers Market – Is doing well.  Every week something new. Be sure to visit the market this Wednesday before the Evening.
  • Chess at the Library – Neil reported the great news, that the chess tables are used daily at the library.  The Rotary wheel will be installed very soon.
  • Raffles – Don Desmond and Jackie are organizing a couple of Rotary Raffle Fundraisers.  One may be a trip to Italy.
  • Eagle Scout Project - Jacki announced that the EBOD agreed to help fund the Eagle Scout Project led by Michael Shannon.  The Boy Scouts will be building bat rack holders for the Danvers Little League.

Sheriff’s Report.  Sheriff Brad Hunt collected $125 for the Danvers Y campership fund:  Lenny $10 missed meetings, Brian $20 member, Gary $5 leave me alone, Jacki $5 Venmo, Marybeth $5 wonderful, Matt $10 back to school, John Z $5 back to school, Dan $5 daughter engaged, Tom $5 non celebratory mood, Barry $5 start of football, John S $5 taking AC out, Annelle $5 Wentworth grad, Neal $5 airshow, Alden $5 Red Sox, Brad $41 for Bday,
 
Raffle:  Analee and Tim were picked for the raffle.  Unfort they did not pick any winners.
